ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Position Description:
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Çankaya University, Ankara invites applications for full time positions at the assistant professor rank. Department seeks candidates with interests and expertise in machine dynamics and control and mechanics areas.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering and satisfy the appointment criteria of Çankaya University (See: Akademik-Yukseltilme-ve-Atanma-Kriterleri-Yonergesi.pdf (cankaya.edu.tr)). Candidates must demonstrate excellent potential to build an independent research program at their field, as well as potential to educate and mentor students. The successful candidate will conduct original research, advise undergraduate and graduate students, teach undergraduate and graduate level courses. The language of instruction at Çankaya is English.
